The funny and shippy episodes just keep coming in season 6.
How the ghosts stole Christmas
Mulder promises to make it quick and then starts telling the very elaborate story of the star-crossed lovers. There's a funny reference in there to Edgar Allen Poe's "The telltale heart", with Mulder and Scully finding 2 corpses under the floorboards...their own corpses. I don't think Scully's ever screamed like that in any other episode. And after seeing the ghosts' suicide wounds she actually faints. A few hysterical conversations later, "Mulder" shoots Scully, "Scully" shoots Mulder and then they all live happily ever after, exchanging Christmas presents (I still wonder what they were; Mulder got a videotape, but what exactly did Scully get?).
Terms of endearment
How do they keep coming up with these stories; the devil wanting to have a normal child.
Somewhere in the episode Mulder says he's not a psychologist...I thought he had a degree in psychology, what's the big difference?
The rain king
Another hilarious episode. Mulder and Scully are constantly mistaken to be a couple (I'm always making that same mistake). Some really funny conversations and situations (like a cow crashing on Mulder's bed). Mulder and Scully's "gazing" hasn't gone unnoticed to the townspeople. And when Sheila kisses Mulder on the lips, he looks as if he's being attacked by an alien or something.
S.R.819
Mulder's throwing pencils at the ceiling again.
Skinner is infected with some sort of nanotechnology and nearly dies. He has a very touching conversation with Scully in the hospital.
If I remember correctly, Skinner's assistent is actually Mitch Pileggi's wife and Gillian Anderson's stunt double.
